Poste :

  • Support with the legal practices and other business professionals, and regular interaction with attorneys and vendors.
  • Assist in regards of facilities management, including overseeing equipment, furniture, and office space; as well as supervising related vendors, such as copy and mail center staff, building maintenance, etc.
  • Support with the annual office budget and coordinate with the other Departments in regards of office expenditures and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with office social functions, client events, and ensuring the general upkeep of shared office facilities.
  • Other tasks when required .. 

Profil recherché :

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of progressively responsible work experience supporting business operations in a legal / professional services organization.
  • Thorough understanding of administration, facilities management, human resources, and purchasing.
  • Emotional Intelligence skills necessary to maintain effective relationships at all levels of the firm, both internally and with vendors.
  • Able to proactively identify and analyze issues and problems, and to recommend and implement solutions.
