Poste :

We are looking for OPD Coordinator of HJ Hospitals:

• Inspect all OPD rooms to ensure cleanliness & availability of materials.
• Inventory management of OPD materials.
• Deployment and ensure availability of medical sufferers.
• OPD Coordination for consultations.
• Ensure monitoring of OPD TAT.
• Handle OPD patient's queries.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient during OPD consultations.
• Ensure availability of consultation on time.
• Reporting all adverse events as incident form.
• Ensure OPD data is being stored and locked securely.
• Physical verification of OPD materials periodically (Preferably in every week)
• Motivate patients for appointments for follow up visits.
• Help OPD manager/Operation manager in OPD to diagnostics and IPD conversions.
