About the job:

  • As an Operations Coordinator, your role will focus on making travel arrangements for individuals and groups.


You will manage:

  • Booking accommodations, activities, and meals
  • Scheduling flights and ground transportation
  • Checking in with ground partners and clients and making any required adjustments to ensure that trips run as smoothly as possible
  • Ensure guests’ satisfaction by answering their inquiries promptly and professionally
     

Profil recherché :

This position is based in a busy office environment where multitasking and prioritizing are required. Here are some of the traits that will define the ideal candidate:
• Creativity - We have certain processes in place, but you’ll be expected to challenge and rethink them to help us get even more creative with what we offer clients and how we deliver.
• Proactivity - You’ve successfully driven initiatives (sales or other projects)
• Scrappiness and decisiveness - You move fast and you’re comfortable doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Exceptional efficiency - You are an outstanding project manager, who can take an idea to impact without direction. You routinely deliver results people didn’t think were possible.
• Organisation and self-motivation - You are able to take direction on a project and run with it without needing constant managing.
• Attention to details
• Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously
• Full fluency in English (fluency in Spanish is a plus)
• Fluency in computer literacy (Google Suite, CRM systems)
• Knowledge about Morocco’s key cities, sights, and attractions, and 0 to 6 years of professional work experience
