Key Accountabilities:

• Review defects reported by MoneyMap User and provide solutions by either guiding the client or re-running a workflow or guiding MoneyMap support on how to re-run the workflow (30% of time)
• Participate in development projects by attending calls, reviewing content provided by business, analyzing the existing logic, documenting existing system, providing new system solutions and presenting findings to Project Managers, business primes (30% of time).
• Reviewing existing logic and documentation and modify logic via a Software Development Life Cycle of analysis, development, testing, deployment, normalization (20% of time).
• Review Oracle objects and workflows and explain how these function and why specific results are presented (20% of time).

Profil recherché :

Critical Qualifications/Technical Skills:

• Master’s degree in Software/ Computer Engineering (Bac+5) or Equivalent experience.
• Bilingualism is an asset (English / French).
• Knowledge of PL/SQL
• Knowledge of Linux
• Capacity to use an off-the-shelf product and reverse engineer how it makes use of Oracle PL/SQL
• Advanced working knowledge of Oracle Objects, including create / modify Table, Indexing, Procedure, Package Specification, Package Body, Materialized View, Function
• Advanced capacity to debug Oracle errors including “object will not compile”, “stale Materialized View”, long-running query failing, duplicate key, invalid object
• Advanced knowledge on writing SQL queries including joins, intersect, arrays, etc.

Analysis Skills

• Advanced capacity to reverse engineer existing logic
• Experience meeting end-users and business primes and documenting new logic requirements, analyzing existing logic with the goal of modifying this logic
• Review existing technical documentation written for past MoneyMap development projects
• Provide high-level cost breakdown of new development to Project Manager
