Poste :

Missions :
Project Manager to support New customer onboarding as well as migration projects of the customers' eGambling systems to IDEMIA digital vault services hosted in proprietary SaaS cloud environments (Software as a Service)
You manage projects of expertise, IT development, integration and implementation of components of the Digital Lab IDEMIA, you act as the link between the customer, the R&D, integration or deployment teams, the customer management and IDEMIA Management.

Activities and Tasks :
Planning:

  • Estimation of costs and construction of project plans, in collaboration with the Digital Lab's cross-functional teams
  • Animation & communication:
  • Organization and animation of meetings or workshops (with the client, with the internal IDEMIA management, with the technical teams)
  • Coordinate teams scattered in several countries, the end customer and external stakeholders.

Management:

  • Internal monitoring of project progress and costs.
  • Update of indicators and reporting tables
  • Invoicing follow-up / reconciliation with actuals
  • Transactions reporting
  • Revenue recognition
  • Pipeline analysis
  • Order Intake & Revenue forecast with Sales
  • Take part in defining, implementing and controlling execution of standard processes and practices for the entire BU across all domains (e.g. deal review, EXO, IKO, TTS, 3rd party partner qualification such as hosting datacenter in Europe or LATAM, …)


Definition and writing of deliverables:

  • Definition of target objectives with the customer, customer managers and R&D.
  • Review / proofreading / Validation of functional specifications and general design documents, acceptance books.


Recipe & Quality Assurance:

  • Verification of deliverables: Products or documentations.
  • TTS (Transfer to Support process)
     

Profil recherché :

  • From a IT Software engineering school or equivalent university training
  • Autonomous
