Project Manager - Benguerir

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and deliver language training programs
Complete needs analysis and ensure coordination with um6p schools and departments to identify the language proficiency and learning goals of participants and propose tailored learning plans.
Work closely with the Head of the Language Lab to Manage full-time and part-timer schedules based on communicated availabilities and teacher profile; and assigning them to groups of students.
Propose customized language learning solutions, delivers agreed upon services or products, ensures stakeholder satisfaction, reporting.
Ensure the provision of quality in all Language Lab Programs.
Ensure smooth implementation of languages and related skills in the new Bachelor System based on LL Action Plan.

Translation
Coordinate and dispatch requested documents.
Ensure the respect of deadlines to allow time for assessment.
Control the quality of translated documents to be submitted to schools, departments, and clients.

Partnerships and initiatives
On recommendations from the Head of LL:

Establish partnerships with other Language centers of Universities or any other partner with the aim to develop the offer of LL.
Consolidate the existing partnerships.

Teacher Follow up
Ensure effective implementation of Language Training Programs in the classroom.
Participate in teacher follow-up support and assessment.

Language tests and Admisions
Ensure and oversee the operational side of language tests and admissions (exam creation, upload on platform, sending invitation to students, assigning exam assessors…)

Project Management
Participate and lead projects according to the Language Lab processes
Monitor and communicate on deliverables, deadlines, reports,
