Poste :

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team focused on the extension project, under a 1 year contract (CDD). You will be expected to execute day-to-day recruitment processes related to the project, support hiring managers to deliver against global standards and project's milestones, and facilitate the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to APM Terminals MedPort Tangier.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main accountabilities are to:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for front line and office based roles: Kick Off Meeting, Sourcing, Screening, Interviews and Offer preparation
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners on the project's recruitment needs with agility and proactivity
  • Serve as a credible partner for People Partners, HRBPs and Hiring Managers regarding all talent acquisition matters
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Build solid pipelines for critical roles and providing relevant market intelligence to Hiring Managers
  • Deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience

Profil recherché :

Who we are looking for?

You are passionate about working in projects, matching talent to business needs and well versed in the technical tools and processes within the recruitment domain. You are excited about putting your deep expertise at work in while we transition into new technology and processes at APMM.

You want to propel your career further by gaining unique project experience in an international environment.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • Solid hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a complex international organization
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Candidate-centric mindset
  • Agility & Nimbleness
  • Exposure from a Recruitment Process Outsourcing model or an agency and the knowledge of Workday would be beneficial
  • Recruitment experience for both office-based and non-office based (frontline workers) particularly in the sector of transport, logistics, supply management etc. is beneficial
  • Ability to effectively engage and mobilise diverse local HR stakeholders
  • A proactive, ‘let’s get it done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, developing project environment, taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance.
