Poste :

The Procurement & Facility Officer is responsible for leveraging the purchasing power of the entire organization through all functions to produce cost savings through standardization of specifications and bulk purchasing. Develops and oversees the sourcing strategies, industry and supplier research, bidding, supplier selection and contract negotiations. Creates and promotes efficient and effective procurement practices and processes using continuous improvement methodologies and by leveraging technology. Quantifies and projects amount of materials and supplies needed company-wide by combining information from multiple groups and works closely with head of departments. And being responsible for the day-to-day implementation of policies, and procedures that will assure a well-maintained facility.

We are looking for an innovative Procurement & facility Officer to lead the purchasing process from selecting suppliers to ensure stock optimization as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes within our organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Procurement Management:

• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Prepare procurement reports.
• Approving Purchase orders and confirming delivery of goods and services
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Work closely with Finance Department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company.
• Implement new processes and improve existing ones.
• Implement supplier or third-party management software.
• Track all the company requirements on the supply of goods and services
   

Profil recherché :

• Bachelor / Masters in Business Administration
• 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement middle office operations and facilities management.
• Experience in handling ERP’s like PeopleSoft / SAP
