Poste :

Ensure customer satisfaction for products and services we provide , based on customer needs and requirements through Quality & EHS Management Systems ( IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 );
Ensures compliance of established (internal and external) quality standards by providing consultancy and support in planning, implementation and production phase;
Manages Inspection Standards/Tools and follows-up via investigations of nonconformities and line inspections;
Assures implementation of countermeasures for nonconformities, defects and audit findings.
Develops, implements and controls programs to prevent injuries or health impairment and to prevent and solve environmental problems;
Ensures compliance with relevant external and internal regulations (ISO 14001 , ISO 45001 , laws, customer requirements etc.)  
 
Detailed description of main activities : 
  • Establish , Maintain and Review the Quality and EHS Management System (QMS / EHSMS) based on IATF16949 & ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 , Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and customer requirements (CR) , MKAT requirements ( policies , STDs , etc ... ) , legal requirements , ...
  •  Preparation and Presentation of the Management Reviews.
  • Control of documents and ensure its integration into the system according to the normative requirements.
  • Integrate plant procedures into the QMS/EHSMS and ensure their implementation.Verify the update of the QMS/EHSMS documents following the various corrective and preventive actions.
  • Become a support in the operation of the QMS/EHSMS and assist process pilots in updating and improving related documentation.
  • Provide process and systems support to Engineering and Production departments.
  • Ensure customer approval requirements are met for initial sample, design, supplier, material and manufacturing location changes according APQP/ANPQP phases/milestones by providing and submitting correct PPAP documents to customer.
  • Use internal and external networks (customers and suppliers) to quickly check customer satisfaction and take corrective action.
  • Identification of environmental aspects & risks.

Specific items for EHS :

  • Identification of environmental aspects & risks.
  • Study of legal regulations, MKA groupd and customers requirements including all interested parties ( based on Risk and Opportunities ).
  • Monitoring of the implementation of training, awareness about EHS requireemnt.
  • Prepare an emergency plan.
  • Implement a strategy for monitoring and measuring EH & S indicators.
  • Treatment of accidents, EHS non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Preparation and Presentation of  CHS meeting.
  • Assigned to support EH&S Management Representative with establishing, operating and maintaining the EH&S MS.
  • Reporting progress of the system to the EH&S Management Representative.
  • identification , treatment and followup of significants environmental impacts and Unacceptable Risks via appropriate action Plans.

Profil recherché :

Formal education level completed:

  • BAC+4 as minimum / Engineering based qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience in Quality & EHS field
  • Minimum Professional experience in a related area (optional)   : 2 - 3 years

Language Skills :

  • English : Professional user.
  • Arabic : Professional user.
  • French : Professional user.

IT Skills :  Microsoft Office ( Advanced User )
