Poste :

Reporting to the Recruitment, Training and Development Manager, the Recruitment officer is responsible for the company's Manpower planning, the recruitment process, advertisement, receiving applications, initial screening, arranging interviews and providing a key liaison role between candidates and the hiring Managers to ensure an overall service delivery for recruitment within the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs based on Manning Plan.
  • Responsible for Controlling the Recruitment Cycle, ensuring that day to day recruitment follows the Company recruitment process.
  • Post all job vacancies internally and externally using the proper advertising means and after controlling required approvals.
  • Managing first resumes screening and supervising required tests and competencies based on job requirements.
  • Performing phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Working with third party agencies to hire non APMT Staff qualified calibres.
  • Coordinating with the service providers on the daily staffing needs.
  • Negotiating the salary offers with candidates.
  • Coordinating equipment assessment with the Training service.
  • Coordinating with the HRBP, ER and Hiring Managers for the necessary interviews.
  • Following and administering hiring procedures, assessments/tests and Medical Checks with the selected candidates.
  • Arranging port access, UID & Job offers for candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring recruitment targets are met within the deadlines, and that Recruitment administration and processes fully live up to Corporate HR standards.
  • Managing and following up the development of the recruitment process after offer stage till joining date and facilitate all joining procedures to reduce the time of pre hiring procedures to minimum limit.
  • Conducting all Manpower reports and needed manpower statistics about tests, interviews, weekly and monthly HR reports and yearly recruitment statistics and reports.
  • Carrying out and developping Hiring Procedures as per External Recruitment Process in accordance with the global one.
  • Carryint out and administering internal Recruitement as per Internal Recruitment Process and with agreement of the stackeholders.
  • Carrying out internal selection process as per the internal selection process. 
  • Coordinating with the Ressources Planning team on the subcontracted resources
  • Coordinating with the Ressources Planning team on the pre onboarding steps. 


  • Understand and follow the company’s safety system.
  • Protect one self and those around from unsafe acts.
  • Actively participate in contributing to zero accidents.
  • Report any unsafe acts.
  • Alert to risks and unsafe acts that could result in an accident.

Profil recherché :

Who we are looking for?

•Requires a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience of a high volume recruitment within a fast paced environment.
• Experienced in end to end recruitment cycle for blue collar and white collar positions.

• Team work spirit.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent relationship building and developing skills. 
• Ability to present and comfortably speak in front of a large audience.
• Good French and computer/MS Office skills.
• Ability to develop, and track KPIs.
• Able to perform the assigned tasks with the highest level of both time efficiency & limited costs factors, approaching professionalism.
• Organized thinking, persuasion characteristic in dealing with others.
• Supportive to department colleagues furthermore other departments members.
• Identify problem, analyze it quickly, and then solve it with no violation to laws & regulations.
• Must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
