APM Terminals operates one of the world’s most comprehensive port and integrated inland service networks and continues investing in new business opportunities as well as upgrading current facilities. Project Execution (PE) is the function responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for project implementations, governance and standards to be used in the APM Terminals wide organization and is directly responsible for large CAPEX driven projects including Greenfields , major expansion as well as upgrades and retrofits to existing facilities.

We will soon kick off significant capital expansion project at our existing operation in Tangier, Morocco. The goal of the project is to both grow the existing container terminal business for APM Terminals TM2 as well as expand the business value and proposition for entire West Med.

Key Responsibilities:

•In this role, you will have 2 core goals: Supporting the implementation of the new service delivery model in Morocco, as well as ensuring business continuity by the timely delivery of talents to the Business through ongoing recruitment processes

From a Support Project Implementation phase, your main responsibilities will be to:


• Support the end-to-end process review to uncover gaps between current and future model. support the creation of local action plans to implement the solutions
• Support training & change management activities

From a Business continuity (steady-state) perspective with regards to Talent Acquisition, your main responsibilities are:


• Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners on end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a positive Hiring Manager and candidate experience always
• Serve as a credible Sparring partner for People Partners/HR Managers regarding talent attraction & acquisition, working on proactive recruitment forecasts with Hiring Managers.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to ensure benchmarks are met or exceeded
• Identify improvement opportunities in local processes and raise them
• Serve as the focal for all country-based Employer Branding initiatives, coordinating with all relevant stakeholders, attending various career Fairs, Trade fairs where relevant for our brand visibility and to attract the right talents
• Anchor all local Internship Programs, liaising with the Institutions and other relevant stakeholders

You are passionate about matching talent to business needs and well versed in the technical tools and processes within the recruitment domain. As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

• Solid hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a complex international organization gained either in Agency, RPO or in-house model
• Candidate-centric mindset
• Ability to effectively engage and mobilise diverse local HR stakeholders
• A proactive, ‘let’s get it done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement
• Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, developing project environment, taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance
• Resilience: the change process, is anything but straightforward; accepting uncertainty and bouncing back from setbacks while keeping your enthusiasm is a tall order, but we need it
• Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
• Fluency in English and French language
• Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scope
• Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients and candidates
