About the Position:

 

The incumbent of the position is required to perform three main functions:
Management of CNSS services:

  • Register employees with the CNSS.
  • Manage the files of the various services offered by the CNSS (constitution of files, follow-up of files, request for IJMs, implementation of situation corrections, claims with the CNSS, diseases & maternity...).

Management of group insurance services:

  • reimbursement files handled by ATLANTA.
  • Report workplace accidents within the prescribed time limits to local authorities and insurers.
  • Prepare payment orders.
  • Submit claims to the insurer in the event of a delay in reimbursement.

Management of CIMR services:
Manage employee membership applications.
Check the annual points.
Monitor personnel files (departures, accumulation of points,...).
Other:
- Participate in the preparation of the social balance sheet.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards;
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards

 

Profil recherché :

Requirements and Qualifications

Bac+3/Bac+5 personnel Administration
Strong communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Good use of EXCEL, WORD, PPT…
