Primary Responsibities

• Promote, sell & develop Oil, Gas & Chemicals Downstream services across the country in line with Business strategy.
• Develops, Solicits, and closes new accounts, generates sales quotations, and handles customer inquiries.
• Ensure the good execution of the service with client expectations and H&S requirements.

Specific Responsibities

• Participate in the elaboration of the business development strategy with the Business Manager
• Implement the business development plan for the targeted clients and services
• Translate locally the new business initiatives developed at corporate level by the Business
• Coordinate with the Business Manager to obtain the required support whether at promotion or implementation stage
• Identifies, researches, plans, and contacts potential clients to establish new business in order to achieve targeted revenue growth.
• Anticipates, identifies and understands client’s needs and plans and translate those into sales opportunities.
• Prepares quotations, service agreements and tenders within set deadlines, and follow-up
• Achieve the target revenues set in accordance with the BM and in line with the defined business development plan.
• Key Account Management with strategic clients (including cross selling with other business lines)
• Communicate effectively with SGS Sales and Business Development team
• Prepares and submits timely and accurate reports of sales activities, client visits/calls
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Maintains positive relationships with potential clients through regular contacts
• Perform market business intelligence and analysis to keep the company up to date with current products and competitors.
 

Profil recherché :

Profile

Education: engineering or Sales & marketing degree
• 6 - 10 years in the Oil & Gas distribution sector at sales/marketing/business development positions
• Ability to speak fluently French & English in addition to local languages
• Good communication skills.
• Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work in team and willing to put up to team.
• Pays attention to detail
• Willing to travel across the country and sometimes at short notices for customer’s meeting and/or deployment phase
