Poste :

  • Ensure customer prospection to reach top line and profitability targets.
  • Manage the customer accounts to lower the account receivables level
  • Perform monthly reporting of each account performance through dashboards.
  • Follow up competition best practices and ensure competitive intelligence.
  • Implement a lean administrative process for our insurance as well as our customers/partners (damages management, call center…)
  • Work hand in hand with all the stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Train the team in the field to quality of service and sales tactics.
  • Recommend and implement promotional actions in close collaboration with the marketing team

Profil recherché :

  • You have a business, management or Marketing (Bac+3 and more) diploma.
  • You have a strong track record in sales, ideally within the insurance field.
  • Written and spoken English and French are a must.
  • You are a field Man/women, available and mobile in the entire Moroccan territory, you have a good listening skill and you have a sense of empathy and you are services oriented to tackle our customers expectations and build sustainable partnership with them.
  • Your inter personnel skills coupled to your persuasion ability will be your assets to succeed in your role.
