A recognized global leader Company in FMCG segment, with a portfolio including many renowned brands and leading positions in more than 20 major markets is looking for Sales Specialist to improve the Sales Team.
The Sales Specialist is part of the local organization and will be reporting to the Country Manager MA, BDM NA.
Contribute to the development of the Company Sales Strategy based on consumer / shopper insights as well as on the category expertise and knowledge of the existing trade channels.
Reach the Company volume, Net Sales objectives by leading the implementation of the Sales Strategy for Retail C&T brands with Company distributors and trade partners.
Perform the Company business expansion in new markets, new segments and/or trade channels within the respective area and countries.
Create and deploy Sales activities plans for specific markets, segments and trade channels and align them with all internal and external parties (Marketing, Sales Force, Distributors, etc.).
Prime the deployment and the execution of the Company Marketing and Sales Initiatives Plan and insure transfer of the C&T category knowledge and Sales tools to Distributors and trade partners.
Mediate with Partner owners and senior management to communicate the Company strategy and agree with tactical implementation as well as obtaining market and sales information to improve the Company knowledge of the market and the business.
Explore new market opportunities by pro-actively targeting new markets and responding to unsolicited enquiries that are related to assigned area.
Achieve the purpose and position’s goals to ensure compliance of distribution relationship with the Company’s compliance procedures, namely Code of Conduct, Antibribery and corruption policy, Competition policy, …etc.
Profil recherché :
Experience & Competencies :
Master’s Degree in Sales Field or Marketing, a Commercial Degree preferably.
A confirmed experience in FMCG Sales and Export, including leading Sales Teams in Traditional Trade and managing Modern Trade retailers.
A related experience in managing FMCG distributors and Export business.
Good knowledge of Sales strategies, Markets, Finance and Trade Marketing.
Fluent English, French and Arabic communication skills, Spanish will be an advantage.
A good communicator, with Influential skills, able to fully engage the team and the business partners for implementing strategies and deliver business results.
Capabilities to work under stress, within limited time frames & deadlines.
Experience in international environment.
Proven track of record in cross-functional collaboration, with regional and global teams
