As part of our establishment in Morocco, AnyTech365 is recruiting for its new office at CasaNearShore a Team Leader for the German Sales team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the team.
  • Supervises sales agents ‘activity
  • Ensures Team members have the required Sales competencies, product and solution knowledge.
  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
  • Owns achieving their assigned sales quota.
  • Provides direct supervision and coaching to Channel Account Managers team, Product Specialists and/or skilled, support individual contributors in inside sales organizations.
  • Assigns tasks, checks work at frequent intervals, and maintains schedules of team.
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
  • Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to AnyTech365 standards.
  • Interacts with cross-functional groups (e.g., Support, Finance, Operation) to solve business and customer issues.

Profil recherché :

  • A Bac or higher education degree 
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position 
  • Perfect command of German
