Mondelez International is looking for the next section controller talent. The plant controller provides financial leadership for the plant in all financial aspects, including costing of products, budgeting, productivity and capital management, sourcing analysis, cost accounting, benchmarking, key performance tracking, internal controls etc... The plant controller will manage financial results and analyse them in comparison with budgeted figures to report variances to the board management and to take corrective actions when needed. Encure proper financial reporting and provide financial planning and analysis. Furthermore, manager cost accounting - maintenance of standard cost, split of variances, and tracking of fixed cost spending, calculation of IBR's, ensure smooth and efficient transaction processing in the accounting department.

Profil recherché :
