For one of our projects, we are hiring a Security Incident Handler. As part of our business strategy and digital transformation, we are implementing a new information security practice to ensure a coordinated response to the increasing cybersecurity threat. Our vision for information security is to protect our stakeholders by securing our informational resources, managing cyber risks, and implementing effective and efficient business strategies fully endorsed by leadership and supported by all employees.

Poste :

- Supervise the analysis of firewall rule opening requests and provide guidance from the security service.
- Responsible for managing security incidents at severity levels 3 and 4 (DC SE perimeter).
- Proficient in threat blocking, handling SPAM reports, managing URL exceptions (Blacklist & Whitelist), and analyzing proxy rules.
- Manage the relationship with the global SOC during security incident handling.
- Handle security-related requests in SILVA / Service Now.
- Keep vulnerability use cases up to date.
- Produce a weekly firewall rule management report.
- Participate in the monthly security incident dashboard.
- Create a dashboard of managed exceptions granted through processed requests.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Relations to provide specific information.
- Provide a monthly analysis of service level trends.
 

Profil recherché :

- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in networks and security with a minimum of 3 years in a similar environment.
- Practical knowledge of ITIL concepts and processes.
- Over 2 years of experience in ITIL concepts and processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective team player.
- Proficiency in English.

Certifications: 


- Desired certification in information security (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent).
- Expertise and certification in Networks and Security.
- ITIL v3 certification (minimum Foundation level).
