As The Product Owner, You'll :

• Be trusted to own the vision and influence the team to ensure that the client receives high-impact and value from each iteration.
• Understand business needs, IT constraints and priorities and be able to make decisions – the backlog is owned by you, and you play a crucial role with your BA to ensure it is correct.
• As the agile squad is often cross-functional, your client-facing presence is essential – with the ability to communicate clearly at sprint reviews. But you will also have the skills required to step-in and support the BA or Service Designers.

What We Expect From You :

• To be able to communicate fluently in English and French
• Have gained sufficient knowledge of collaborative solutions for product management and Agile frameworks/methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
• Have graduated from college with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Provide team coaching as a leader with a focus on continuous improvement and team productivity together with the Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of translating business value into impactful product features and functions

What You Can Expect From Us :

• Overseeing and effectively leading multiple priorities and projects from inception through post implementation review.
• Performing high level analysis for business requests and developing summary documents and reports with executive finish
• Managing and coordinating the contractual deliveries towards the client
• Coordinating with the client counterpart on overall planning for project, ensuring control of the scope, deadlines, costs and quality of deliverables
• Proposing and supporting any change in the organization of projects aimed at improving efficiency and performance
• Ensuring all work is supported by signed Statement of Work with customer
