Main responsibilities:

  • Represent the region in the Global Booking.com team and client, together with the Regional SDM
  • Allow the global direction to be steered with the input of the largest region
  • Reduce exposure from Local OPS/SDM to client escalations
  • Close monitoring and management of the sites under his responsibility
  • Allow communication fine tuning -> aligned with regional/global approach
  • End responsible for Weekly and Monthly business reviews, consolidating performance and input from all locations
  • Drive best practices and efficient operation between multiple locations
  • Work closely together with Global WFM and TQ team
  • Ensure bench strength and succession planning
  • Ensure proper productive hour delivery and address eventual problems with the relevant interlocutors
  • Understand the B.com dynamics to help make the right decisions
  • Single point of contact for all Service related topics for the region
  • Make decisions based on thorough strategic understanding of drivers and variables affecting LOB

Profil recherché :

Competencies & professional background:

  • Study or experience background related to Client facing, performance steering and managing multicultural teams
  • Knowledge related to the travels business is valued
  • Strong experience in managing Operational teams for at least 12 months (TL coordinator and above)
  • Full proficiency in English (min. C1 level, mandatory), knowledge of other languages is valued
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel on a regular basis
