Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos projets un Service Delivery Manager (H/F).
Poste :
The Service Delivery Manager will have the following key responsibilities:
Daily follow up of incidents, problems, and service requests
Communication, working methods and priorities.
Meet with department Managers, Supervisors, 3rd party vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
Manage internal and external meetings with the client.
Reporting internally and towards the client.
Work effectively across regionally and globally dispersed team members.
Direct reporting to your N+1
Accompany and build a relationship with the client.
Profil recherché :
Graduate, Bachelor, or Master in computer science or equivalent by experience.
Although from a technical management background, feel comfortable with clientfacing activities of all kinds.
Verbal and written communication skills around issues, attention to detail.
Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time expert leadership skills.
Expert knowledge of production processes.
Good knowledge of ITIL processes
Knowledge of tools as Jira, Grafana is an important asset.
