By joining the team, your main responsibilities will be :

  • Carry out the investigation and first-level diagnosis of all tickets and service requests, and resolve if possible
     
  • Provide support to CoS Operators to increase team knowledge and effectiveness
     
  • Suggest improvements

Profil recherché :

- Good English Communication skills.

+3 years IT experience on:

• Carry out operational tasks inherent to the processes of the service in accordance with the established rules, policies and procedures and with the quality and defined deadlines.
• Ask for and provide support to the technical team
• Report the progress and incidents of their tasks according to the procedure defined in the service.
• Create, consult, update and verify the information using the corresponding tools.
• Consolidate and put into practice the operational knowledge.
• Work according to the methodology adopted by the service.
• Follow the quality plan established in the service .
• Use the service's productivity improvement tools.
