Software Support Expert (H/F) - Mohammédia

Poste :

The Software Support Expert will have the following key responsibilities:

• Consider customer satisfaction as permanent objective in day-to-day activities
• Understands product processes
• Continuously analyse software behaviour and give recommendations for improvement.
• Manage until resolution all incidents raised by our L1 team and/or Customer
• Liaise with R&D, Integration team or Platform team about incident long term solution
• Work on duty
• Establish incident report if requested
• Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
• Internal / External communication
• Knowledge transfer to L1 team
• Product improvement (Advice for product team for development in order to ease support analysis) and liaise with the product owner 

Profil recherché :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences with at least 1 years of experience
• Able to communicate clearly to customers
• Able to apply escalation process
• A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and associated tools (Enterprise DB is an asset)
• Good knowledge of Linux system
• Familiar with web application system architecture
• Good knowledge on SQL, PHP (an asset), Java languages
• Ability to analyse logs for troubleshooting (system and software)
• Familiar with ticketing tool (Jira)
• ITIL Certification (is an asset)

• Adaptable and flexible to business demands

LANGUAGES:

• French: Spoken and written.
• English: Spoken and written.
