Responsibilities
• Senior sales specialist within SMB sales organization.
• Focused on expanding strategic customer relationships to drive impact, business growth and develop a multi-year digital transformation strategy.
• Engage with customers across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with Microsoft's leading cloud technologies.
• Identify and explain how businesses across industries, company sizes and types can meet a new bar for excellence and reinvent themselves to compete in the next decade by embracing Microsoft’s technologies
• Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences; provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
• Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with Microsoft’s technologies
• Will work with a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed quarterly revenue and usage/consumption targets in assigned accounts.
• Trusted advisor and a Data & AI subject matter expert. Will help customers evaluate their applications, recommend solutions that meet their requirements and demonstrate these solutions to win the technical decision.
• Support customers to remove roadblocks to deployment and drive customer satisfaction.
• Help customers take advantage of our unique hybrid data platform to realize the value of digital transformation.

 

Profil recherché :

Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge
• 4-year degree preferred
• 5+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Strong solution sales background, with 2+ years of technology-related experience, with experience in immersive and inclusive learning experiences, Online Productivity tools, Windows, mobility and devices
• The expertise and ability to explain key end-user solutions and technical architectures aligned to a customer maturity framework/path.
• Looking holistically end to end to the resources ready for deployment & adoption (usage) assistance for smooth customer experience.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt and master new concepts and technologies to be able to impact their adoption and usage
• Possess executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with education business decision makers articulating and demonstrating Client and partner solution value propositions, with specific emphasis on solutions related to immersive and inclusive learning experiences.
• Ability to drive digital transformation in a highly competitive environment with proven ability to successfully anticipate market changes to drive industry-relevant solutions, with an understanding of competitive technologies to address competitive threats and navigate complex customer environments
• Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs
