We are recruiting for one of our clients, a renowned multinational, a Spanish speaking Finance Manager in Tangier.

To this end, your missions will consist in particular in :

• Manage an important team : accounting (AP, AR, GL), financial control, internal audit, financial reporting
• Oversee the book monthly close
• Ensure Fact – HFM reconciliation is matching 100% while doing HFM upload during book close.
• Ensure all technical cheques, validations, tax workings, provision for debtors workings are correctly made before signing off the regional books.
• Ensure Inter-company balances differences are properly handled by the Areas and reconciled before sign off is done by the region finance.
• Ensure audit findings are followed up for closure and escalate where necessary
• Liaise with the External, Group Auditors during audit to get a clean Audit report
• Liase with the Group for any new procedures to be implemented, give structured inputs for new procedures
• Implement business change in accordance with plans
• Own and drive Revenue and cost transparency, audit and analysis
• Ensure all agreed upon Reports for the Region are prepared and published to the recipients on time without any delay.
• Set up a Control assurance framework to ensure compliance.
• Manage various major internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in and support improvement projects
 

Profil recherché :

• Master Degree in Finance & Accounting with strong Audit background is necessary.
• More than 10 years of experience in F&A and experience as Finance Manager of several entities
• Having a team management experience exceeding 30 people
• Experience in logistics business would be an added advantage
• Working knowledge in HFM is an asset.
• Able to combine commercial knowledge and technical financial expertise
• Aility to lead a team and drive various projects and grow with the organisation.
• Spanish, English and French speaking and understanding financials in these languages
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Access, ERP, …)
• Excellent Communication Skills, Leadership, "Performance and Business" oriented
