Poste :

The trainee will have the opportunity to have some hands-on on one of the most advanced Econtracts plateform and will be able to see how we can structure a commercial contract with different clauses from legal and commercial perspective . Also the opportunity of having a full understanding of Moroccan free zone rules and practicalities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Submit all TM2 contract on Seal plateform.
• Create a logfile of the tenders closed and ongoing.
• Follow up the tenders with GPRO.
• Coordination with finance on pending payables and missing invoices .
• Coordination with procurment team on the PO creation process

Who we are looking for:

Education

• Requires a Master degree in management, procurement, preferably in supply chain or finance.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Good understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
• High analysis skills
• Good knowledge of excel
• Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills
• Good English level
• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion

Skills

• Team work spirit.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• High attention to detail.
• Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.
• Requires excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data.
