Storekeeper (Ouarzazate)

In Morocco, Nomac is implemented since 2014, and operating and maintaing differents projects, overall MoroccoNoor1 CSP plant (160 Mw), Noor2 CSP plant (200 Mw), both located in Ouarzazate, KHALLADI wind farm (120 Mw) in Tanger, and the 3 Noor PV plants (120 Mw) located in Ouarzazate, Laayoune and Boujdour .

NOMAC is looking to reinforce its Supply Chain team by recruiting a Storekeeper.

Poste :

Position Title:    Storekeeper

Job purpose:

Control and issuance of supplies and equipment, accounts the deposits moneys or proceeds received by supervises warehouse issues and maintains company.

Reporting to: Supply  Chain Manager 

Key Accountabilities

Maintains district inventory for office supplies which includes ordering, receiving and allocating.

Prepare and type annual requisitions, orders, reports, correspondence.

Maintain office files and records, including perpetual inventory for stock.

Post daily incoming and outgoing company stock.

Contact vendors for price information.

Prepares and enters employees billing on computerized system.

Identification, segregation and preservation of materials stored

Identify, contain and report spillages

Segregation of waste for proper disposal

Inform relevant personnel about the arrival of material and to arrange for inspection

Report deviations of received material to the Purchase department

Arrange to return non-conforming materials

Issue material as per the requirements and maintain records

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Salary and benefit in kind:

  • retirement (CIMR : 6% - 7,8%)
  • Annual performance bonus: based on two monthly gross salaries

Profil recherché :

  • Qualifications, Experience & skills:

  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma.
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years in same functions
  • Skills:
  • Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles
  • Knowledge of environmental and health impact of chemicals being stored in the warehouse
  • Knowledge of identification, handling, storing and disposal of wastes and expired chemicals
  • Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure.
  • Ability to pass a typing test at 35 words per minute
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and related software
  • Develop effective working relationships
  • Strong planning, organising, and integration skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
