System and Network Administrator - Casablanca

We are recruiting for one of our clients, a multinational active in the field of chemistry based in the region of Casablanca, a System and Network Administrator. 

Poste :

To this end, your missions will consist in particular in :

• Datacenter maintenance
• Technical support for users sited in 3 different countries (but only Morocco as in-site support)
• Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Acquisition of users’ hardware for the company’s employees
• Provide technical support for Server, Client & Mobile Operating Systems
• Remote support to other sites in other countries
• Anticipate and diagnose incidents, malfunctions to determine corrective actions
• Implement reporting and monitoring of network performance
 

Profil recherché :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Related Field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Network Administration or System Administration role.
• Cisco CCNA or CCNP Certification is a must.
• Fundamental Knowledge of Networking Concepts.
• WAN and LAN Configuration, Administration & Troubleshooting ability.
• Proven work experience with at least one of these technology Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or Net Gear Firewall, Routers, Switches and Access Points.
• Expertized in Microsoft Windows Technologies.
• Deep understanding of different network protocols.
• Expert knowledge in network Engineering, Network Operations and Network performance analysis skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently under minimal or little supervision.
• Organized, optimistic and active listener.
• Used to attend users & solving problems.
• Available for travelling (5 to 6 times a year).
• Mandatory : High level English, both spoken and written (Minimum B2).
• Spanish language knowledge is an advantage.
