Background: The position will work closely with AXA Group Operations ‘People Acquisition & Branding Team in their day-to-day sourcing & recruiting activities
Roles & Responsibilities
Collecting requirements from Hiring Managers, determining the sourcing approach (Internal, External or Contract)
Builds candidates pools of top applicant profiles to track via internal tools
Define a sourcing strategy
In collaboration with the recruiter and hiring manager, contribute to the job Intake meetings
Advise manager on the labor market to guide the job Intake meeting
Provide minutes of the Intake meeting to all parties
Identify and select the relevant channels to source candidates
Posting of Jobs on internal and external tools
Conducts regular follow-up with Recruiter & Hiring Manager to determine the effectiveness of sourcing strategy and implementation to re-calibrate as needed
Review candidate applications to ensure interest and qualification alignment to role
Effectively use tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, MOVE and social channels to source candidates
Create long lists and shortlists of qualified candidates
Utilizes multiple sourcing techniques, niche industry searches
Searching job boards, social sites and existing applications
Builds saved searches on LinkedIn, MOVE other job posting sites for a proactive approach to continuously identify and engage top talent
Identify and pre-qualify candidates, promoting AXA Group Operations brand.
Provide qualitative shortlists to the recruiter
Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
Maintains SLA’s through efficient and effective sourcing practices
Regularly provide reports to inform the recruiter on the sourcing status
Profil recherché :
Key Skills & Competencies
Fluency in Spanish and English
Proficient in building-up efficient Boolean strings in order to find the right talents
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
Able to quickly learn new systems and technology
Strong Reporting capabilities. Should be good in MS Office Suite
Good Communication Skills :
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information (written and oral)
