What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?
Leading the technical support team (10+ engineers) based in Casablanca;
Leading and supervising the Symantec team to ensure the delivery of a high quality and professional service;
Managing the relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Monitoring and prioritizing the team workload;
Processing client’s escalations;
Driving continuous improvement for operations/processes.
Profil recherché :
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum of two-years experience in a Team Leader/Coordinator role;
People management skills;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Strong analytical & organizational skills.
