Test lead SAP ( H/ F) - Casablanca

Entreprise :

 We are seeking a skilled STest lead SAP ( H/ F) who will be responsible for managing end-to-end testing activities as deputy to the Test chapter lead.

Poste :

• Execute end-to-end testing strategy and plan for SAP projects
• Ensure test plan is aligned with project timelines and deliverables. Keep a track of open of items and bring transparency to delay & risks.
• Work with project team to identify / review test cases and scenarios, and to define test data requirements
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for SAP applications
• Manage the defect life cycle and ensure that defects are resolved in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on test progress and provide regular updates to project team and management
• Ensure that testing activities are carried out in compliance with established processes and procedures
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management
• Provide guidance and coaching to OE test teams on testing methodologies and best practices
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors
 

Profil recherché :

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing end-to-end testing activities for SAP applications ( exposure to AWS data platform is welcome)
• Strong knowledge of SAP testing methodologies, including test automation, performance testing, and defect management
• Experience in leading a team of testers and managing project timelines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex systems
• Experience in testing SAP modules, including FI/CO
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
