Poste :

• Execute and document the manual test plan with support from the Product team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, product owners and to understand the project and develop comprehensive test plans, especially in the context of working in an international team, availability in MS Teams and participation in relevant Scrum meetings is a must
• Drive the implementation of test automation with the support of QA Automation engineers to enhance the testing efficiency and coverage
• Collaborate with the head of REV, the Project Manager, the Product Manager and QA Automation team to develop and implement a test strategy which includes the overall testing approach, test planning, test design and test execution

Profil recherché :

Qualification/Experience required:

• Strong Testing Expertise: the QA/Testing Lead should have a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. They should be familiar with various types of testing, such as functional testing, performance testing, security testing, and usability testing. In-depth knowledge of test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect tracking is essential.
• Communication Skills: excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders, developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure clear understanding of testing goals, requirements, and issues.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Testing leads often encounter complex issues and challenges during the testing process. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required to identify root causes, analyze risks, and provide solutions. The ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions based on test results and metrics is crucial for ensuring high-quality software.
• Time Management Skills: the ideal candidate must possess exceptional time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage testing activities within project timelines. The candidate should be adept at optimizing time allocation for test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of Test Automation: The QA/Testing Lead will work with Leyton Test Automation team to detect to detect and communicate which testing scenarios should be automated to reduce the effort required in manual testing.
• Learning appetite: desire to learn new technology and processes aiming to improve the REV Software Quality through improvements of the testing strategy.

Technical skills:

• Guarantee the quality of the tests carried out by the team in Agile mode.
• Participates and ensures the update of test plans and test strategy according to ISTQB norms and standards.
• Ensures the definition, organization and conduct of UAT test campaigns.
• Ensure the application of Best Practices for the definition and creation of test plans and suites to manage manual and automated tests in a centralized and standardized way.
• An ISTQB certification would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of Windows / Office365 environments
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs)
• Working experience with Salesforce, Mendix is also a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
