Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for order administration in warehouse :

• Communicate with operator, trucker and forwarders for shipment processing ;
• Data/information input and output in warehouse management system ;
• Response to customer’s inquiry in timely manner ;
• Understand service requirement and prioritize tasks ;
• Assist management in improvement projects.
   

Profil recherché :

Who we are looking for:

• Degree holder in Logistics, Business or any related principles ;
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Express industry ;
• Familiar with supply chain flow is a definite advantage ;
• Confident to communicate with internal / external customer and vendors, in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English ;
• Hands-on computer knowledge in MS Excel, database management & statistical tools ;
• Well-organized, independent and self-driven.
