Poste :

Reporting to Shopping Marketing & Sales Strategy manager , your main responsabilities will be :

Customer Service Excellence:
  • Participate on the buildup of the annual trade plan per channel and per category to support sales
  • Participate in development of visibility support to improve JDE visibility and shelf space in the trade
  • Participate in development of new initiatives to meet customers needs while getting distribution and/or volume opportunities

Winning in store:
  • Participate in development of visibility elements in store
  • Review  the 4P for each channel: Product (Assortment), Place (merchandising and shelf space standards), Promotion (Activation Plans) and Price (Lead the price strategy
  • Develop and monitor in collaboration with Marketing each brand and/or innovation launch
Operations & Analysis:
  • Sell Out Analysis
  • Evaluation of the third party activation agencies and implement plan to ensure more effective execution
  • Ensure regular reporting & Analysis of Nielsen data

Profil recherché :

Education:
  • University degree in Marketing / Sales

Skills:
  • Organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Creativity
  • Autonomy.
  • Strong PC literacy (Excel, PP)

Experience :
  • Relevant experience in Sales / Trade Marketing in FMCG
