Poste :
In this role, you will support the operation by providing excellent customer service at the airport terminal and helping create a stress-free environment for customers whilst travelling. You will support the providing of total quality service and adhere to safety policies and security standards of the company. You will ensure premium passengers and FFP members receive total quality services and adhering to safety policy and security standards.Specific accountabilities include:
- Constant liaison with Check-in, and other related areas for the smooth acceptance of passengers
- Liaises with check-in, transfer desk, and support Airport Services Supervisor in all areas
- Escorts and directs Arriving/Departing passengers to the respective areas such as Hotel Desk, Visa Counter, Transfer Desk, Premium Lounges and Boarding Gates
- Assists Duty Officer in handling company material and records
- Liaises with GHA for quick processing of hotel and transfer passengers
- Works with GHA and ensure smooth passenger handling
- Assists passengers in regard to Entry Requirements, Visas, Residence Permits etc
Profil recherché :
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school qualification combined with a minimum of two years experience in a similar role. One year within an Airline or Ground Handling Agent (GHA) as Ground Staff involved in passenger handling and ground operations is required. You will need a good knowledge of the airport working environment. An IATA or Airline Basic Tariff and Pricing Course would be advantageous.You will need to be fluent (written and spoken) in English, French and Arabic to perform this role.
