Our Wind Power business is planning to invest approx. 100 million EUR in a new wind turbine blade manufacturing facility in Tanger Automotive City, Morocco. The factory is planned to go operational in the first quarter 2017 and will produce the newest generation of onshore blades for export and the domestic market.

We have now begun recruiting some roles for our state of the art facility, where you will be offered a dynamic career, working with the latest technology in the renewable energy industry. We are now recruiting for a Purchaser to be part of this exciting business. 

Poste :

As a Purchasing Operator you will be responsible for purchasing raw materials and other related items for production locally in the new factory. We are looking for someone with strong purchasing experience acquired in a manufacturing environment. The specific responsibilities will include:

• Processing of purchase requests (depending on threshold);
• Adding necessary information to orders (e.g. Commodity Code – ESN, Incoterms);
• Ensure cost-efficient and on-time supply of materials according to demand and taking into account compliance;
• Analyzes material availability, manages purchase orders incl. tracking; checking of content, to ensure cost-efficient and on time supply of materials according to demand;
• Takes care of compliance with Procurement rules of Siemens and usage of Siemens contract partners based on click4suppliers easy and FPL to ensure the usage of competitive Terms & Conditions and by that obtaining highest feasible CNI;
• May maintain and update supplier master data (if mandated) in coordination with Regional Procurement in SAP;
• Archive documents according to local regulations to keep the database always accurate and up to date;
• May generate savings to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent;
• Actively contributes to cooperation with all other parties involved passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material and value through the supply chain;
• Forwards systematically all relevant Procurement related project information (e.g. updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all project participants up to date.

Profil recherché :

• Relevant degree in business adminstration or similar
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company
• 2 years of experience in a purchasing function using SAP
• Purchasing knowledge: MRP, ERP (advanced)
• Experience with ERP system preferred, such as:

                o SAP PP and MM modules (advanced)
                o SAP WM and SD modules (basic)
                o or other

• Advanced IT skills (Microsoft, MS Office)
• Advanced English language skills
• Preferably has tried to report to and communicate with international stakeholders
