Our Wind Power business is planning to invest approx. 100 million EUR in a new wind turbine blade manufacturing facility in Tanger Automotive City, Morocco. The factory is planned to go operational in the first quarter 2017 and will produce the newest generation of onshore blades for export and the domestic market.

We have now begun recruiting some roles for our state of the art facility, where you will be offered a dynamic career, working with the latest technology in the renewable energy industry. We are now recruiting for a Recruiting Specialist to be part of this exciting business. 

Poste :

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; recruit, screen by using creative sourcing methods, the specific responsibilities will include:
  • Create and post recruitment ads
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
  • Attend job fairs and hiring events, if needed
  • Develop tools to test applicant’s skills
  • Design, implement and maintain a Recruiting Dashboard to track status changes and outcomes
  • Conduct group interviews with collaboration of the ANAPEC specially for Blue-Collars needs.

Profil recherché :

Relevant degree in HR / Management or similar
• At least 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Skilled in Microsoft suite programs: Word, Excel, SharePoint and willingness to learn new programs.
• Ability to file, possesses organizational skills, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to make presentations to small groups.
• Ability to be confidential and professional.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic
