SWP is planning to make a strategic investment in a new wind power blades manufacturing facility in Tangier.
The factory is planned to go operational in 2017 and will produce for export and the domestic market.
Poste :
As a Group Lead, you will report to an Operations Manager. You will be responsible for planning anddeployment of people and execution of processes using specified materials and equipment.
Your responsibilities will cover:
- Ensure efficient production resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to Siemens EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards within your area of responsibility
- Plan, communicate and execute technical improvement measures
- Implement appropriate and initiate manufacturing quality measures
- Select, manage, evaluate and develop people; promote activity aimed at increasing productivity and engagement
- Monitor indicators, document non-conformities, its causes, and initiate required actions
- Ensure effective management of Team Leaders in terms of execution of work, workflow, and processes
- Liaise with maintenance specialists on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of production equipment
- Set, agree and monitor specific KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Output, Cost and People
Profil recherché :
- Education of minimum BAC+2
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a large scale manufacturing / engineering / automotive environment
- Structured operational hands on approach
- Good leadership and management capabilities
- Experience working within Moroccan health & safety regulations
- Experience of working with Lean methodologies and tools
- Must be familiar with problem solving methodology
- Resource and production planning experience
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- You are fluent in Arabic and French and possess basic knowledge in English
