Construction and Installations Manager - Tanger

ECG provides complete design of the vehicle’s electrical architecture, including connectors, wiring assemblies and harnesses, electrical centers, hybrid high voltage and safety distribution systems.  Our Hybrid portfolio ENABLES high voltage power and electronics backbones that support increased vehicle content and electrification, reducing emissions and higher fuel economy through weight savings.  It also includes infotainment and displays; 3D clusters, embedded WiFi, navigation, Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) connection systems, etc.  We enable Delphi as a world leader in optimizing and customizing electrical architectures that take intelligent driving to new levels.

Poste :

• Assure the construction permit
• Assure the project instruction : Calculations, Detailed drawings, BOQ, Detailed specs
• Assure that the project include the civil works ( Geotechnical Studies, Metal structure .. ), installations (Air compressed, Fire protection ..)
• Follow up of the construction supervision :

1. Routines on constrction site during the duration of the construction works
2. Weekly reports, including planning update, pictures and timing
3. Control of invoices
4. Change order preparation/ validation
5. Provisional reception for each of the lots of the projects
6. Final reception
7. Gathering from the main contractor the "as built" files, including all drawings, technical and manuals and maintenance procedures of all equipements and installations

• Be responsible for  the building information modelling that is a digital representation of  physical and fucntional caracteristics of the faclity
• Propose a cost reduction of the construction of the new plant
• Propose a building quality imporvement
• Assure the time optimization of the project

Profil recherché :

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in plant contratcution and/or facility Maintenance fields
• Knowledge of qualified supplier pool in the respective category
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills
• Full maturity in interpersonal relations with internal customers as well as external suppliers
• Autonomous
• MS project will be a plus
• Language skills: English fluent
