Our client is a service provider based in Casablanca. It provides customer service to various European partners specialized in the transport of goods.
 

Poste :

Your missions as an Account Representative, consist in developing the commercial opportunities of the plateform.

Therefore, the Account Representative has to :

- Collect efficiently the information from the contacts. You must have an excellent ability in the techniques of questioning ;

- Uncover potential renewal and new businesses opportunities ;

- Build, manage relationships and present the plateform to key clients in Europe (Big companies and shippers) ;

- Arrange meetings between companies and transport providers  in order to optimize the costs of shipping ;

-Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the management ;

-Have the organizational skills to manage your time effectively in order to remain updated about the new customers (mail or phone).

Profil recherché :

Preferred Qualifications :

Strong communication skills in English ;

Experience working in a customer service ;

Ability to treat with B2B Customers ;

Excellent PC and internet skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
