Abengoa is an international company that applies innovative technology solutions for sustainability in the energy and environment sectors, generating energy from the sun, producing biofuels and desalinating sea water that searches for an Administration Assistant to be incorporated in Rabat in the Business Development team to contribute the entity to develop its business in the energy, biomass and water sector in Morocco and Northern Africa countries.Poste :
Responsabilities:- To handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- To draft routine memos, billing, or other reports.
- To edit company correspondence and ensure document accuracy.
- To maintain databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper.
- To prepare agenda and travels.
- To prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- To manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
Profil recherché :
Qualification & Experience:- + 2 years of experience in a similar position as a secretary
- Self-motivated and proactive professional with communications capabilities
- Fluency in English
- Availability to live in Rabat
