Job :

• Implement the ANM strategy for its scope.
• Participate in the development of the purchasing strategy for projects related to technical and project teams.
• Launch calls for tenders, analyze supplier offers, write comparative tables.
• Prepare award documents for decision-making committees.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Contribute to the negotiation of commercial, contractual, and logistical conditions.
• Participate in the drafting and monitoring of supplier contracts.
• Monitor the execution of markets (orders, deliveries, penalties, disputes).
• Contribute to the evaluation and qualification of suppliers.
• Update purchasing databases.
• Prepare and analyze the various indicators for its scope.
• Ensure regular reporting.

Required profile :

• Hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing and Logistics or similar training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in the mass retail sector.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Ability to anticipate market trends, assess risks, and make strategic decisions.
• Interpersonal intelligence and adaptability.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Analytical mindset and rigor in file monitoring.
• Recognized ability to adapt and innovate.
• Fluent in French.
