Join a dynamic company in the Pharmacy / Health sector as a Pharmaceutical Buyer. This position based in BOUSKOURA is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to our growth and success.

The main goal of this role is to ensure optimal supply of products and services, guaranteeing the best quality at the best price. This involves controlling expenses while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and anticipating the needs of the pharmaceutical market.

Your main tasks will include managing tenders, negotiating contracts, monitoring deliveries, and managing stock. You will also analyze markets, identify potential new suppliers, and ensure regulatory monitoring in the pharmaceutical field.

More specifically, here is an overview of your responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and selecting suppliers based on strict criteria (quality, cost, deadlines, compliance).
  • Negotiating commercial and contractual terms.
  • Monitoring orders and deliveries to ensure product availability.
  • Analyzing needs and forecasting to optimize stock levels.
  • Managing supplier disputes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree (Bac +4) is required. A specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain would be a major asset for fully understanding the challenges of the position.

Professional experience of 3 to 10 years in similar roles is sought. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is highly appreciated to understand the specifics and requirements of this market.

We are looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills and strong analytical abilities. Your project management skills and your ability to work under pressure will be essential. Excellent communication and flawless rigor are essential to succeed in this position.

  • Mastery of negotiation techniques and purchasing strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of stock management and logistics.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent command of computer tools, especially purchasing management software (ERP).
  • Good understanding of regulations specific to the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
