Job :

As part of this role, your main tasks will be:

• The development and maintenance of Atlassian Data Center tools (on-premise)
• Preparation and support for migration to the Cloud version (SaaS)
• Atlassian
• Analyze company needs and configure tools to meet them (workflows, screens, fields, permissions, notifications...)
• Ensure advanced administration in a Data Center environment (version upgrades, automation, Groovy development, REST API interfaces etc.)
• Provide functional and technical support to our users
• Participate in incident management and troubleshooting analysis
• Actively contribute to the migration project to the Cloud version

Required profile :

Profile: Master's degree (Bac +5)

Experience: More than 5 years

Skills:

• Advanced mastery of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence tools
• Languages: Java, Groovy, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, JSON, and SQL
• Integrations: REST API, Webhooks, CI/CD (Git, Azure DevOps...)
• Methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), ITIL, and SAFe
