As a Sales Administrator, you will be at the heart of our commercial operations, actively contributing to our growth and customer satisfaction. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of commercial processes, from order taking to delivery and customer follow-up. You will participate in optimizing workflows and continuously improving the performance of the sales team. The goal is to guarantee an impeccable customer experience while effectively supporting our sales teams.

On a daily basis, your tasks will cover a wide range of key activities:

  • Careful management of the customer database and orders.
  • Coordination with internal teams (sales, logistics, billing) to ensure optimal file follow-up.
  • Handling customer information requests and resolving any disputes.
  • Preparing necessary elements for sales reports.
  • Administrative support for sales representatives.
  • Updating sales tracking tools.

This role requires flawless organization and excellent communication skills.

Required profile :

You hold a degree of level Bachelor's +3/4/5. Training in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service, Sales / Trade / Export or an equivalent course is highly appreciated.

A first professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is sought. Experience in the IT sector would be a major asset.

  • Proficiency in IT tools and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
  • Strong sense of customer service and problem-solving ability.
  • Good writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
