The PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION SERVICES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY S.A. is a Local Development company. Its missions are to participate in the management and development of public distribution services. This is done through services such as:

  • Support in the financial and financial engineering field, and in mobilizing and managing funding;
  • Monitoring and evaluating management and performance indicators related to public services;
  • Managing financing debts related to distribution activities;
  • Harmonizing common rules and processes concerning the management of public services.

Our company supports players in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCTs (Groups of Local Authorities) and SRM (Regional Multiservice Companies).


Job :

We are looking for an Administrative Agent: Logistics Agent profile for our entity in Fes.

Main Missions

• Ensure the transportation of people for control missions, meetings, and field visits;
• Guarantee safe transportation conditions, strictly following the highway code and internal instructions;
• Ensure punctuality and good organization of trips according to established schedules;
• Ensure the delivery of mail and administrative documents to the relevant entities, following traceability procedures (receipt acknowledgments, register, etc.);
• Ensure the routine maintenance of the vehicle (cleanliness, usual checks, maintenance operations follow-up);
• Ensure the validity and updating of all vehicle documents (insurance, sticker, technical inspection, etc.);
• Optimize routes and fuel consumption, considering travel constraints;
 


Required profile :

Profile Sought

• Minimum education level: secondary education or equivalent;
• B driving license mandatory (minimum 10 years of experience);
• D license is an asset;
• Valid professional driver's card required;
• Any additional professional driving training is appreciated.

Required Skills

• Mastery of safe and preventive driving;
• Good knowledge of the Fes-Meknes region and traffic routes;
• Ability to manage professional trips in an organized manner;
• Sense of punctuality and rigor;
• Respect for administrative procedures related to document transmission.
