Join our dynamic team in the Telecom sector in Casablanca. As a Back Office Agent M/F, your role will be essential for the smooth running of our daily operations.
Your ambition will be to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of customer file processing, optimize administrative processes, and actively participate in customer satisfaction by providing reliable and responsive support to operational teams.
Your main missions will include the rigorous management of back office operations, data verification and entry, processing requests and complaints, as well as coordination with various departments to ensure optimal file tracking. You will also participate in the continuous improvement of procedures by bringing your ideas and expertise.
A training of Bac +2 level (equivalent to a two-year associate's degree) is required for this position, ideally with a specialization in call center professions, commerce, or marketing.
A first professional experience of one to three years in a similar environment, particularly in administrative management or back office, would be a major asset for success in this role.
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, great rigor, and a strong sense of customer service. Proficiency in computer tools and good interpersonal skills are essential. A good ability to adapt and a developed team spirit will also be appreciated.
