Job :

Within a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector, a position for an Commercial real estate agent for store rentals is available in Casablanca and Rabat. You will play a key role in the expansion of our commercial network by identifying and securing strategic locations for our points of sale.

The main goal is to develop and maintain a portfolio of high-performing stores through innovative rental strategies and expert negotiation. This involves ensuring increased market presence and maximizing the visibility of our products.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Active prospecting for new commercial locations in high-potential areas.
  • Analysis of the local real estate market to identify the best opportunities.
  • Negotiation of rental terms with property owners and real estate managers.
  • Preparation and follow-up of rental files.
  • Management of relationships with real estate partners and landlords.
  • Monitoring site performance indicators and proposing improvements.
  • Representing the company during site visits and contract signings.

Required profile :

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required.

Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in commercial real estate or sales, with a strong focus on prospecting and negotiation, is necessary.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A specialization in Sales / Commercial / Export or in Real Estate / Development.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • A strong ability for market analysis and prospecting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain a network of partners.
  • Great autonomy and organizational skills.
  • Mastery of real estate sales and negotiation techniques.
  • A good knowledge of the Casablanca real estate market.
