The Rabat International University Hospital (HUIR), affiliated with the International University of Rabat (UIR), is a new hospital-university center that will open its doors soon. This center of excellence will offer about forty medical and surgical specialties, equipped with a latest-generation biomedical platform. With a capacity of 530 beds and places, this futuristic hospital represents an investment of approximately 2 billion dirhams and will eventually employ more than 1,200 employees.

The Admissions, Patient Care, and Payments Officer is responsible for welcoming, admitting, processing, and following up on patient care files, as well as collecting payments in accordance with internal procedures.
Responsibilities:
Patient reception and admission
Patient care management
Payment collection and cash management
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in management, administration, secretarial studies, accounting, or a related field.
Experience in the healthcare sector or a similar field is desired.
Good command of French and Arabic.
Proficiency in computer tools and hospital management software.
Experience in hospital admissions, patient care processing, payment collection, or any equivalent activity is a major asset.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage stress.
Good listening skills and responsiveness to the needs of patients and external partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
