Job :

The Admissions, Patient Care, and Payments Officer is responsible for welcoming, admitting, processing, and following up on patient care files, as well as collecting payments in accordance with internal procedures.

Responsibilities:

Patient reception and admission

• Identify and register patients in the HIS (Hospital Information System).
• Verify the completeness of administrative documents required for admission.
• Create, update, and follow up on administrative files.

Patient care management

• Verify patient rights and coverage with paying organizations.
• Process patient care files.
• Follow up on approval requests and payment guarantees.
• Inform patients about care conditions and their remaining financial responsibilities.
• Prepare estimates and invoices according to current rates.

Payment collection and cash management

• Collect patient payments.
• Issue receipts and payment confirmations.

Required profile :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in management, administration, secretarial studies, accounting, or a related field.
Experience in the healthcare sector or a similar field is desired.
Good command of French and Arabic.
Proficiency in computer tools and hospital management software.
Experience in hospital admissions, patient care processing, payment collection, or any equivalent activity is a major asset.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage stress.
Good listening skills and responsiveness to the needs of patients and external partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
