We are looking for a Method Agent, your role will be essential in optimizing and standardizing our production processes.

Your main objective will be to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our work methods, ensuring increased efficiency and impeccable quality of our operations. You will be a key player in implementing innovative solutions to strengthen our competitiveness.

Your tasks will include participating in the definition and improvement of operating procedures, creating clear and precise work instructions, and monitoring the implementation of established standards. You will also be involved in collaborating with production teams to identify areas for optimization and propose concrete improvements.

You will be asked to:

• Ensure daily monitoring of intervention requests (corrective and preventive).
• Plan interventions with the teams
• Assign requests to technicians based on their specialty and sector.
• Ensure compliance with intervention deadlines and contractual commitments.
• Monitor customer complaints until their closure.
• Control the quality of interventions carried out and the conformity of reports.
• Monitor purchase orders and necessary validations for the execution of work.
• Organize and monitor preventive maintenance according to the contractual schedule.
• Develop and update intervention schedules.
• Update data on CMMS.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for the client and management.
• Review reports, intervention reports, and site surveys.
• Ensure coordination between the client, field teams, and various internal departments.
 

Required profile :

A Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year associate degree) is required for this position, ideally in Facility Management.

We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills. Your communication skills will enable you to interact effectively with different teams.

• Mastery of standard office tools (Office Pack).
